Bookings: 50% deposit to secure dates; balance on delivery.
Cancellations: 72+ hrs reschedule credit; under 72 hrs deposit forfeited.
Usage: Final videos licensed for agreed platforms; raw files remain Studio Z’s.
Revisions: 1 round included; extras billed.
Force majeure/safety: Shoots may be rescheduled or paused if unsafe.

3. Can I Buy Directly From The Factory?

Studio Z is a film production studio, not a manufacturer. We don’t sell factory goods. For services production, post, or equipment hire please request a quote via the Contact page.

4. What Kinds of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Invoices are sent electronically. A 50% deposit secures booking; the balance is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Receipts are provided for all payments.

5. When do I receive my order?

Timelines vary by project scope. For standard edits, first cut is typically delivered within 5–7 business days after the shoot; complex projects with VFX or multiple versions may take 10–20 business days. Rush delivery is available on request. All final files are sent via secure download links upon receipt of the final payment.
